No refunds are applicable for change of mind.
Big Dogg reserves the right to refuse return of goods for change of mind or incorrect purchase that have been custom made and/or can not be re sold. If the item(s) have not been opened or damaged, in the original condition and can be re sold the item(s) may be returned at the customers expense. Please contact our team for returns authority details.
If you choose the wrong size/item when a selection is made from our lifestyle range, an exchange/credit note can be arranged at customer’s postage expense.
All returns must be in original, sellable condition, including all bags and tags.
Any error on behalf of Big Dogg Australia will result in an exchange, credit note or refund at the cost of Big Dogg Australia.
Big Dogg Australia reserves the right to refuse returns when an item/s is not returned in satisfactory condition.
